What does elearning mean to you? I think of elearning as existing on a continuum with fully online courses at one end and in-class courses with technological components on the other. Blended-learning falls somewhere in between.
In order to choose the right technology for your educational needs, you must define your intent, your goals and your objectives before you choose your technology. If a pen is the correct tool, use a pen!
